Jobs
Eliminate Federal tax on Small Business and Farms
I will introduce legislation to eliminate small Business and Farms from federal tax. I believe we should not be putting our Small Business and Farmers at a disadvantage. Coming from a family with a small business, the tax burden is what kept use from expending and staying competitive. I believe we need to support our small business and agriculture to allow them to compete fairly. They are the backbone of our country.
Pro-Life
My Pro-life beliefs are strong and I will always support this stance. I will defend the sanctity of life which is from conception to natural death. Life is precious and so are families we need to support all efforts to keep these strong.
Healthcare
We need to get the healthcare Situation Resolved
I bring over 15 years of healthcare experience to Congress. I know how we can develop a healthcare program that will work. I will bring 15 years of healthcare expertise to Washington. The current administration is going down the wrong path with healthcare. We need to reach to the health corporations and ask them how we can fix our healthcare system and decrease the number of uninsured.
We need to streamline healthcare administration so we can eliminate cost within the healthcare systems, which in turn will stabilize costs. Currently the major obstacle to the uninsured is preexisting conditions. I am committed to work with our current healthcare providers and come up a solution that will benefit everyone.

Education
Education needs to be in the forefront
My first mission is to eliminate “Leave no Child Behind.” It should be left up to each state to determine the education process that is best for their students.
Funding education needs to be reviewed and remove any penalties or sanctions that the federal government tries to put on schools. We need to review how we are funding and make adjustments that make sense for every student. My commitment to you is that I will analyze how we currently fund education and come up with better ways to increase education funding without creating additional tax burden.
By investing in our children, we will receive huge dividends in years to come. Our children need to be given all the tools to be successful and having a solid education is a fundamental tool that they all need. We as a country are obligated to provide the best education for our children. Again, we need to review what we are currently doing to fund education and find ways to improve and fund what is needed.
Immigration
Illegal is illegal and we need to defend our borders and do what is necessary to keep them safe. We need to develop a very comprehensive plan to remove all illegal immigrants from our nation. We can start with tracking social security numbers and identify those that are being used multiple times throughout the country and numbers of deceased to identify fraud and where these illegal immigrants are hiding.
Congressional Pay Increases
I will introduce legislation that will let the voter decide on our pay increases. I don’t believe there is any employee that works for an employer that has the ability to give themselves a pay raise. I believe it should be up to the voter (our Employer) to determine if we are representing them and deserve a pay increase.
Taxation
We need to attack the deficit. Unfortunately, with the recent spending spree the government has gone on, it does not look promising for our country. That is why we need to have a representative who totally understands all aspects of budget and spending and eliminating waste. If we are successful in decreasing our debt, we will be able to either reduce or keep our tax level flat. I will also look into other solutions to streamlined taxation for all Americans. I am very creative and can fix problems.
Death Tax
We need to make this one of our priorities. This is a double taxation that families should not have to pay. You have my commitment that I will work very hard to get this changed.
Spending
It’s time to put a freeze on spending and analyze our expenditures. We need to start a cost containment process that reviews each expenditure and start to eliminate unnecessary spending. With my 25 + years of experience in cost containment, I know how to identify wasteful spending. By eliminating programs that do not add value to our citizens we can start to reduce our deficit.
It’s time to call out all of congress on the pork issue. President Obama stated that he wants to get rid of pork; we need to pressure the republicans to do the same. We don’t need a line item veto; we need each and every piece of legislation to be presented on its own merit. By getting rid of pork we can reduce our wasteful spending. Unfortunately this will not be something we can do over night; but we need to start efforts now to reduce our deficit.
America’s Security
We need to continue to support our military where ever they are. Provide them with the best tools to keep them safe and return the results we need. It is very important that we do not forget the men and women that provide our freedom.
We also need to make sure we continue to put extreme measures in place to monitor terrorism worldwide. This is something that will never go away and is needed to protect our country. I will work very hard to make sure we fund this effort correctly.
